Dublin International Airport is conveniently located approximately 10km north of Dublin City Centre, near the M50 and M1 motorways. You can get to the airport by bus, taxi, or car, and there are also services linking nearby train stations. The journey from Dublin Airport to Dublin city centre takes approximately 25 minutes by the AirCoach bus service http://www.aircoach.ie/ and current fares are €11.50 return. Taxi prices vary but expect to pay circa €25.00 for the same journey. The ‘MyTaxi’ App works well in the Dublin area. There is a 24hr (or 3 Day) Travel card known as the ‘Leap Visitor Card’ – details on this ticket type are available at: https://www.leapcard.ie/en/NavigationPages/VisitorCardPurchase.aspx
This ticket / card will give unlimited travel over your selected time period and allow travel anywhere in the city and suburbs of Dublin, on any public transport you choose. You can also use this card to travel to and from the Airport at the start and end of your trip without any additional charge.
By Sea

By Car
There are several car rental services available at Dublin Airport, and at Cork and Shannon Airports. Dublin is well served by an extensive motorway network from Cork Limerick, Galway and Belfast.
