CONFERENCE SCHEDULE AT A GLANCE
 

All activities will take place in the Western Gateway Building unless otherwise noted

Venue & Parking:
The conference will be held in the Western Gateway Building. This is located on the Western Road. The nearest paid visitor car park is located at Perrott's Inch and can be found on this map

Paper Presentations:
Each paper is allocated 15 minutes for presentation, followed by a 5 minute Q&A for each paper. Each room has a Windows based PC linked to a projector with a wired mouse. Please bring your presentation on a USB key. The final programme can be found here.

Welcome Reception & Awards Ceremony:
Please join us for a welcome reception from 5.30pm-7.00pm on Monday 3rd September in the Aula Maxima on the main UCC campus. This is a 10 minute walk from the conference venue. The Best Paper awards for each track will be presented, in addition to the Best Postgraduate Paper. The winner of the Best Postgraduate Paper will also be funded to travel to the British Academy of Management conference in 2019. 

Conference Dinner
Dinner on Tuesday 4th September will take place at 7.00pm in the City Gaol, a castle-like building which once housed 19th century prisoners. The overall Best Conference Paper award will be presented on the evening, in addition to the Whitaker and Fellowship awardees. The Gaol is a 15-20 minute walk from UCC and the dress code for the evening is casual.
